WELLAGE Real Hyaluronic Toner 100 Review Deep Hydration for That Glass Skin Glow

Okay so there are just some days where my skin isn't bad exactly, it's just... thirsty. Makeup won't sit right, everything looks a little dull, and even my moisturizer feels like it evaporates faster than it should. Those are the days I reach for something seriously hydrating, and lately that's been the WELLAGE Real Hyaluronic Toner 100.

Honestly what I like most about this one is how uncomplicated it is. It's a Korean toner built almost entirely around hyaluronic acid, so there's no ten-step promise happening here — it's not trying to brighten, exfoliate, and fix five other things at once. It just wants to hydrate your skin, and most days that's exactly what I need from a toner. Sometimes my skin doesn't want another active ingredient thrown at it. It just wants water, basically.

It comes in a 200ml bottle, which honestly lasts forever since a little goes a long way, and texture-wise it sits somewhere in between a watery toner and a lightweight essence — moisturizing enough that you feel it, but not thick or heavy. The second it goes on, my skin feels comfortable again, especially right after cleansing when everything still feels a bit tight. I'll pat it on before anything else in my routine, sometimes layering a second thin coat if my skin's being extra dry that day, and it soaks in fast enough that I'm not just standing there waiting.

What I actually notice, using it regularly, is that soft, hydrated look — not some dramatic overnight transformation, but my skin looks less dull and just feels more comfortable day to day. If you're going for that juicy, glass-skin finish, you really can't skip a step like this. You can layer on all the glowy serums you want, but if your skin underneath is dehydrated, you're never going to get that smooth, plump result. This toner is what gets that base right before everything else goes on.

I've also started using it pre-makeup on drier days — just give it a minute to absorb first — and on the really parched days, soaking a cotton pad and leaving it on trouble spots for a few minutes works surprisingly well.

The thing I appreciate most, though, is that it doesn't feel sticky or leave that weird tacky layer some hydrating toners do, the kind that makes you want to go wash your face again. This one just feels lightweight and comfortable, which makes it easy to reach for constantly — dry days, tight-feeling skin after other products, whatever.

Just keep in mind — if you're after exfoliation, brightening, or a bunch of actives, this won't be that product for you. And if you like toners that feel literally like water, this slightly richer texture might take some getting used to. For me though, that's kind of the point.

I don't think one toner is ever going to completely transform your skin, and I'm not claiming this one does. But some mornings when my skin looks tired and feels dry, a couple layers of this before serum and moisturizer genuinely turns things around. Sometimes a hydrated barrier really is the whole trick.
